Right of withdrawal
If you are acting as a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform VibuCard S.L. of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail or post). In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) must be surrendered. If you have already made use of the contractual service in whole or in part, you must compensate us for the value in this respect. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been completely fulfilled by both parties at the express request of the customer before you have exercised your right of withdrawal. This is also the case if the digital profile has been created. The right of withdrawal described here does not apply to contracts with business customers and to individualised products (NFC accessories) that were delivered with the personal ID.

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received goods or services or benefits (e.g. benefits of use), or are only able to do so in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the goods and for the use made of them if the use or the deterioration is due to the handling of the goods which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and the mode of operation. By "testing the properties and functionality" we mean testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop, for example.
Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation declaration or the item, for us with its receipt.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal described here does not apply to the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's own and individual specifications (§ 312d para. 4 BGB). This includes, for example, the selection of colours, own logos, articles with a descriptive ID on the NFC chip as these are manufactured individually on demand. Software is also excluded from the right of revocation as soon as a one-time use has already taken place.
